About me

I’m Fi, (she/her), an artist, working in and around Dundee.  I'm also late-diagnosed, and late-identified AuDHD.

In addition to my art practice, over half my working week is spent delivering coaching, mentoring, and peer support.  I offer group and one-to-one sessions, that are as therapeutic as they are creative.  I bring over 30 years of work experience in health and social care, as well as my lived experience of chronic conditions, disability and the mental health system.

I completed a coaching diploma in 2020, which gave me a framework for working with people individually in a creative, boundaried and therapuetic way - not as a replacement for therapy.  One of the things I like about coaching is you can choose the number or sessions, and intervals to suit you - even a one-off session can be really effective.
